Our Beer

Brewed in the vein of a traditional English porter, our porter has a distinct-yet-smooth roasted chocolate, light coffee flavor, nicely balanced with the mild hop nose characteristic of premium noble hops. ABV 5.7%

A summer favorite, the bitter is our lower-strength refreshing and highly drinkable English ale. Fruity, spicy, black currant aromas from the hops give way to crispness on the palate. Smooth notes of biscuity malt complement the UK hops used to make this tasty ale. ABV 4.5%

There's a new IPA in town! The Good for Your Soul IPA is built for spring—bright, fruit-forward, and balanced. Dolcita and Krush hops shine alongside a touch of Citra, bringing out notes of peach, mango, and melon with a smooth, easy finish. ABV: 6.3%

The Crowd Surfing IPA is a juicy IPA that has citrus and melon flavors up front and finishes dry. It's crisp and citrusy, and drinks like a session. We first brewed this beer as part of a fundraiser to help keep live music venues afloat through the pandemic. It was so popular that we decided to keep the recipe, renaming it to reflect its origins as a beer made in support of local live music. ABV: 5.8%

One of our absolute favorite spring releases, St. Alvin is a golden Belgian ale, clocking in at 9.2% ABV. Don’t let the ABV scare you - it’s a remarkably easy-drinking tripel, with lots of fruit (think apricot and pear) with a hint of vanilla character. This much sought-after brew is affectionately named after one of our first doggo regulars, Alvin!

This hazy, medium-amber imperial IPA introduces itself with orange marmalade, light caramel, and chamomile. You'd never know this smooth brew packs an ABV of 9.1%. The Fullmetal Centaur, our first-ever imperial IPA, was brewed in honor of our late friend –the man, the myth, the Centaur, Matt Bonney of Toronado. Bold yet approachable, and just a little larger than life—just like the Centaur himself!

Our flagship beer, the Czech pils pours a rich golden color. Smooth and crisp with a rich malty palate, the pils features the prevalent flavor of the Czech hops, balancing the maltiness with a spicy bitterness. ABV 5.0%

A maltier sibling of Czech pils, the Czech dark pours a clear rich dark with amber hues around the edges. Slightly lower in alcohol than the pils, the dark raises the malt with notes of stone fruit and chocolate but finishes crisp and clean. 4.5% ABV

Sporting a rich ruby-red color, the Granat (Czech amber – or garnet – lager) is a semi-dark lager rarely seen outside the Czech Republic. Ours is an easy-to-drink lager with slight bitterness, recognizable caramel aroma, and bright clean finish. ABV 5.3%

Our Maibock celebrates the arrival of spring with a bright, golden take on the traditional German lager style. Lighter in color and body than a Märzen or Doppelbock, this seasonal brew leads with smooth malt character — toasted bread, a touch of honey, and subtle floral notes — before finishing crisp, clean, and exceptionally easy to drink. A perfect beer for longer days and sunnier weather! ABV: 7.2%

Brewer Emily decided to bring back our dry-hopped saison this year using the 2026 Pink Boots Blend, and it absolutely delivers. Crisp, effervescent, and low ABV, this is a bright saison popping with citrus and floral aromas. Brewed in celebration of women in beer—and women everywhere—we’re proud to pour Babes in Hopland as our spring seasonal. Come grab a pint and toast the groovy women who make this industry (and our community) better every day! ABV 4.7%
